When you place an online order, it is encrypted and transmitted via GeoTrust through Shopify. We keep all of your information safe, secure and private. We do not disclose any of your personal information to anyone for any reason.
Can I order by phone or mail?
Yes, we will gladly take your order over the telephone. We may be reached during business hours (9am-5pm, MST) at 406-932-9641. We are always happy to speak with you and make personal recommendations for our customers.
You can certainly order by mail as well. We suggest that you call ahead with the items and quantities you would like to purchase so that we may give you
a total cost including any applicable shipping charges.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Your personal and credit card information is encrypted and transmitted via Shopify's secure servers.
You can also pay by check or money order.
E-mail or call us at 406-932-9641 with the items and quantities you would like to purchase.
We will give you a total with any applicable shipping charges and an invoice number.

Do I have to register or open an account?
Browsing the site
It is not necessary to register or open an account to browse the site, however it will also save you time at checkout.
You have the choice to register or not register. The advantages of registration are:
The billing and ship to addresses are filled out for you. All you need to enter is your payment information.
You will be able to access your account and check the status of current orders as well as past purchases.
How do you ship?
Simply put, we have found the most economical way (time and cost) to ship is by Priority Mail via the US Postal Service.

Also, Just an FYI, please double check your shipping address as we will have to charge the additional shipping fees for packages sent to the wrong address and having to be resent because of incorrect information given to us.

Is there sales tax?
Thanks to the patriots in Boston, Chestertown, Annapolis and other colonial seaports, there is no tax on tea.
(Not to mention, there is no sales tax in our home state of Montana.)

Our shopping cart program uses a Session Cookie. The Session Cookie tells us which Shopping Cart belongs to you
and what is in your shopping cart.
The Session Cookie on your computer may be turned on or off on your computer. If it is turned off, we can not identify
