Happy Hot Tea Month 2019 friends! 

Yes it is a new year and for me it brings with it the possibilities of personal goals, growth and discoveries. I LOVE new discoveries!  Whether it is an exotic tea from a small garden or someone that is new to the pleasures of tea  to share it with.  I am a firm believer that everyday brings with it endless opportunities to enjoy something new.  It doesn't have to be huge or monumental, the smallest little things can bring the greatest of pleasures.

So I encourage you to take the time first thing in the morning to check in with yourself and ask how you are and what you are going to be grateful for today. This is also a good time to open your tea cabinet and ponder which one will support your mood. Then get to steeping, both you an your tea. And let the new discoveries of the day begin!
